-->BDnF is an application that lets you create comics, graphic novels, storyboards or any other narrative combining illustration and text. It is available free of charge in its full version on computers (PC, Mac and Linux), tablets (iOS and Android) and in a simplified form on smartphones.
Discover the codes of the comic strip and create your own stories! The application combines heritage discovery and creation, teaching children the art of dramaturgy.
BDnF can be used by everyone, young and old, families and comic book fans alike. Budding enthusiasts, illustrators and scriptwriters will also find something to their liking, as the tool facilitates page layout around innovative formats.
I was responsible forwriting the concept (specifications) and managing the production of this bilingual multi-media application. This included defining the pedagogical functionalities, coordinating the technical and creative teams, and managing the budget and human resources.
The application was a major success, with over 500,000 downloads, and was number 1 in the Education category of the Mac App Store for several weeks. It was selected by the United Nations (UNESCO) to join the Global Coalition for Education.
